 Production time has been significantly reduced by the addition of our Robotic Ceramic System. The ceramic shell process time that used to take two to three weeks is completed in 3 days, with increased quality and consistency.

 Every production lot is scheduled and tracked in real time with bar codes at each individual operation. Our scheduling system takes into account the capacity of every work center in our plant and assures that materials are in place when required.

 We offer Kanban or blanket order agreements to further reduce your lead times. We are able in some cases to ship product the same day it is ordered.
