Spectrographic Analysis:

 Our spectrometer is used to monitor and verify compliance to chemical requirements of incoming metals and work in process.

Non Destructive Inspection:

 We have in house Radiographic Inspection {X-Ray}, Liquid penetrant inspection and magnetic particle inspection. Our inspectors can certify to your specification.

Dimensional Inspection:

 Our Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) allows us to perform detailed dimensional inspections.

In process Inspection:

 Quality Control setup and first piece inspections are required and performed on all wax injection, wax setup and straightening operations as well as any other critical operations established before the balance of the lot may be processed.

Every lot of castings receives two dimensional inspections. The first one in the wax state, and then a second inspection of the finished product. The measured dimensions are recorded and compared to previous lots to assure consistency.

Process Controls:

 Process Control is an integral part of our Quality Management System with technical assistance from engineering. We have laboratory control for our wax melting and injection, ceramic shell system and foundry alloy chemistry control.
